This is my personal favorite out of all the communities. because this is where I call home. The Fish Creek area is perfectly located between Downtown Steamboat Springs and the Steamboat Ski Area. The areas boundaries on the MLS search are between the Steamboat Springs High School (Fish Creek Falls Road) and the Hilltop Connector which is located between the Mountain and downtown. To get to Fish Creek Falls toad turn right on 3rd street at the downtown post office and take your first right which is Fish Creek Falls Road. There are many developments and subdivisions off of Fish Creek. The first turn to the right is Tamarack. This area has single family homes, duplexes, townhomes and condos. Off of the Hilltop connector there is also an area of affordable housing condos. The elementary school for this area is Strawberry Park. At the very end of Fish Creek Falls Road are the Fish Creek Falls. No trip to Steamboat would be complete without taking a hike here to view the beauty of the Falls.
